Ultraviolet germicidal irradiation: These are electromagnetic radiation of desired range that is used to destroy microorganism. For healthy AHU’s range our units are fitted with UV lamps to provide healthy air every time.

Structural Frame: Anodized thus anticorrosive, comparative robust extruded aluminum hollow profile, thermal break profile also available as per application requirement.

Base Frame: Heavy gauge G.I. channel

Double Skin Panels: 25/43 mm double skin panels. Injected CFC and HFC free PUF. ‘K’ value 0.02 watts/m degC. Density 38 – 40 Kg/cum.

Outer Skin: Pre-Coated, Pre-Painted, Pre-Plasticized.

Inner Skin: G.I in general and can be in Aluminum, SS 304 and SS 316 as per your requirement.

Forward/Backward Curved Centrifugal Blowers (AMCA Certified)

Cooling Coil: Chilled water, direct expansion, hot water and steam fabricated out of copper tubes with mechanically bonded anticorrosive aluminum/copper fins to provide efficient heat transfer.

Drain Tray: In SS 304, Aluminum or G.I with proper slope ensures positive drainage & addition of U trap during execution does not allow polluted air to infiltrate thus making it totally hygienic & energy saver.

Filters: Pre & Microvee, Hepa Filters as per filtration efficiency required.
